| As for the shape of a house, you had better
build it on the basis of a regular rectangle.
A building of this type has any possibility
of enlarging. A regular square form and an
irregular form, that is, any other form than
regular rectangle form will bring misfortune
to you. In building your house, you had better
build a house each side of which faces towards
the due north, the due south, the due east,
and the due west as far as the circumstances
permit. It is very difficult for the residents
in a big city to get houses in accord with
this principle. However, you have to know
that it is divine intention to impose a bitter
trial on you as an atonement for your sins
and to call on you for grave reflection that
gods let you get an unluckily shaped house.
You have no choice but to escape from the
disaster for a time with the Kuyoh-Hoh for
the protection against the disaster from
the unlucky aspect of the house after you
apologize to gods for your faults and beg
them their forgiveness. It is better, if
possible, for you to have those houses rebuilt. |
| In case of enlarging and building an addition
to a main house like the first fig., you
should have both corners on the north side.
It is desirable to extend a building in alphabetical
direction, then you can get a well lighted
house. It is well to bear in mind that you
should get the part of the south-west so
as not to project from a straight line AD
and a straight line CD. It is proper to extend
like the second fig. In this case, you should
extend in order of the number of (1), (2),
(3), (4), and (5). You should give attention
to the parts of straight line AB and straight
line BC. In building an addition of (5) to
a main house, its part must not be projected
outside the straight line AD and CD. Like
the third fig., if you have an extention
built to the north side of the main house,
you can not save money, and your family will
be liable to be laid up one after the other.
If you have an extention built in the direction
showed in the fourth fig., the female there
will be strong minded, and gradually will become
sickly or will die young. If you have an
extention built in the direction showed in
the fifth fig., the males there will be strong minded, and gradually will become
sickly or will die young. If you have
an
extention built in the direction showed
in
the fifth fig., the males there will
be strong
minded, but gradually will lose their
fortune,
and will be sickly or die young. I
have once
said to some persons who lived in the
houses
like the fourth and the fifth fig.,
"How
long have you lived here?", and
the
answers were, as expected, that the
wives
there died young or were widows in
each generation.
You will also get into debt in the
cases
of the sixth, the seventh, and the
eighth
fig. To correct the aspects of these
houses,
you should produce four straight lines
along
the four sides of the house and examine
if
you can get each intersecting point
becoming
an apex of a rectangle, and you have
only
to build a rectangle cottage with an
apex
in common with that apex in the open
space.However, even if that is impossible, you
have a chance of escaping from the disaster
for a time by using the Kuyoh-Hoh for protection
against disasters from the unlucky aspects
of a house. Even if you are now seriously
ill, or in an ill-fated situation from these
kinds of disasters, you will improve remarkably
by using the Kuyoh-Hoh for protection against
these disasters. When you face a disaster
because of an unlucky aspect of a house,
you are placed in such a position that all
your children, even if you have many children,
will be all useless, and you will be taken
in, or always misjudged, so that your business
and plans will not turn out as you wish,
and what is worse, you will get seriously
ill periodically. However, the same shall
not apply to those who have left the house.
It is better for those who live in such houses
to escape as soon as possible from the disasters
from the unlucky aspects of a house by chanting
our Kyohtens and using our Kuyoh-Hohs. |
