     and Hitsuji-Saru ()-Seijohken.
Ushi () is the north-northeast direction. Hitsuji-Saru () is the direction between the south-southwest and the west-southwest. 'Seijohken' is a sphere of purification. 'Ushi()-90 degrees-Seijohken' means a sphere of purification in the extent of 90 degrees bilaterally from the axis of a straight line showing the Ushi-direction (north-northeast).

The extent of 90 degrees bilaterally from the axis of a straight line showing the Ushi-direction (north-northeast) and the one between the Hitsuji-direction (south-southwest) and the Saru-direction (west-southwest).

We named 'Ushi-90 degrees Seijohken' all the extents of the fore-part which you face when standing facing the Ushi-direction (north-northeast) and opening your hands right and left, and named 'Hitsuji-Saru Seijohken' all the extents between the Hitsuji-direction (south-southwest) and the Saru-direction (west-southwest). You should not put any impurities within these spheres (though only within the grounds), for there are frequent occasions when you are attacked with high fever, or some disease. As for a drain, it must be covered or buried underground, provided that this shall not apply to the outside of the premises. And also, you should not put garbages or other refuses on the line of the west and east, and on the line of the north and south through the center of a main house, or you will suffer from disasters of menstruation and other diseases. You had better not put entrances and exits facing the south-west, for you will be unable to save money.

However, in an unavoidable cases, you can escape for a time from the misfortune with the Kuyoh-Hoh for Kasoh-Nanyoke (the Heavenly rule of protection against the disasters from unlucky aspects of a house), and after that, you should rebuild some day.
